Tryout Prep Camp in April

ADHL HOCKEY TRYOUT PREP Camps are designed to work on the skills that prepare your player for tRYOUTS AND THE UPCOMING season!  These concentrated sessions will hone your player’s skills so that they will show their best when it counts.  SEssions include:
- High Tempo Drills
- Conditioning
- Strategic Play
- Small Area Games

Checking Clinic in May

Checking can be defined as a player that uses physical force to separate an opposing player from the puck.  CHECKING IS AN INSTRUMENTAL SKILL THAT IS CRITICAL FOR ALL BANTAM AND MIDGET PLAYERS TO MASTER. ADHL HOCKEY CHECKING CLINICS TEACH THE PROPER TECHINIQUES TO GIVE AND RECEIVE HITS.

THE SUMMER CLINICS Will consist of high tempo drills and small area games focused on improving skills and Hockey IQ.
