Our mission at the Bucks is to nurture a passion for hockey among young athletes while fostering personal growth, sportsmanship and teamwork.

Culture
The Bucks have built a culture that is a fun, family and team-oriented environment, centered around the physical and mental benefits provided through the incredible journey we call a hockey season. We offer a highly competitive travel hockey program in the greater Phoenix Valley. We compete in local tournaments and drivable out-of-state tournaments to give our players experience in a variety of settings while limiting the cost burden on our families. We understand everyone’s life situation is different, and we believe that all players with the drive and determination to play the game should be given the opportunity to do so.
We understand that our integrity (as both athletes and coaches) is defined by our actions, and that competition and adversity do not build character, they reveal it. We strive to provide the best hockey experiences to players and parents, all the while elevating the kids to be the best people they can be.
