The Spring Checking Clinic will prepare your player for the upcoming season. Look out for our Fall Checking Clinic for further development mid-season.

2024 Spring Checking Clinic
The ADHL Checking Clinics are recommended for Bantam (14U) and Midget (16U) level players to teach how to safely give and receive checks, and to reinforce proper checking techniques.
Registration for the 2024 Spring ADHL Checking Clinics are offered for players born between 2008 and 2011.
2024 Spring ADHL Checking Clinics is one session and cost is $50 per player.
