ADHL Checking Clinics
Purpose
Learn the proper techniques for giving and receiving checks.
Checking clinics are generally offered prior to tryouts for the spring season as well as before the fall season.

Bantam (14U) and Midget (16U) players

2023 Fall Checking Clinic
The ADHL Checking Clinics are recommended for Bantam (14U) and Midget (16U) level players to teach how to safely give and receive checks, and to reinforce proper checking techniques.
Registration for the 2023 ADHL Checking Clinics are offered for players born between 2007 and 2010.
2023 ADHL Checking Clinics are two sessions each and cost $60 per player.
